How does the affiliate program work?

First, you need to register as an affiliate.

Once you're approved, you will have access to the affiliate admin where you will find marketing tools such as ad banners, text ads, and text links. Simply place any of these tools on your website and you're done! It's that easy.

The ad banners and text ads/links that you use, are specific to your affiliate ID and will ensure that you are properly credited for any sale generated by your referrals.

You can have more than one ad banner or text ad/link on your web site. The more exposure you provide to the GammonVillage Store, the more revenues you will earn.

How much do I earn?

You will earn a 10% commission on the sale of all items from referrals made by you. Commissions are paid on all items sold in our backgammon, chess, poker, mah jong, and other games boutiques, except game room furniture (such as game tables, chairs, bar stools, etc.). Commissions will be calculated based on the price paid by the customer at time of purchase, including sale items.

Why should I become a GammonVillage affiliate?

We're the #1 backgammon retailer on the planet. All you need to do to make cash is place one or more of our ad banners on your site and we'll take care of everything else. You can sit back and watch your commissions pile up.

Do I need a website to become an affiliate?

No, you can become an "offline affiliate" if you do not have a website. Offline affiliates are given a unique affiliate ID upon registration. An offline affiliate can promote the GammonVillage Store to all their friends and contacts via email, flyers, etc., by providing a specific URL and code that can be entered prior to shopping at the GammonVillage Store.

How do I track my earnings?

Once you've been approved, simply log in to http://affiliate.gammonvillage.com and you can monitor your commissions and sales history. Alternatively, you may download our Commission Alert module which will notify you as soon as a sale has been completed by one of your referrals.

How will I get paid?

Payments are made on the 1st of each month. Payments are sent by cheque or if you prefer, via PayPal. These options are available to you when you register.

Commissions earned will be approved after a 60 day window to allow for any returns/refund requests. The minimum balance required for payout is $50. If your balance is less than $50, it will be carried over to the next month, and so on, until your balance reaches $50.
