The Michigan Summer Championships was held July 5 through July 8, 2012 at the usual place, the Sheraton on Haggerty Road in Novi. Great article, and I think it's interesting that you focused on my "friendly rivalry" with Carter. Since we are now within 1 point of each other near the top of the ABT race, we have made a considerable bet on who ends up higher (I spotted him the difference in points so it is an even bet). The result will probably be that we both spend way too much money going to a lot more ABT events where neither of us wins any points or money and we both end up losers. (But we're used to that and have a lot of fun along the way!)
