It seems suitable to bring up the bear off at the end of the year. Every backgammon games ends with a bear off. Just to keep you in shape we'll do the end of the bear off cube action scenarios. It is these simple situations in bear off cube actions that come up the most often so it pays to be accurate with them. Mistakes in this area are often blunders. Hopefully, it will be some fun and not too easy.
The diagrams show the cube action questions from Black's side. Don't forget to answer both the double and redouble question as well as White's reply in all cases. Jot them down.

Excellent article - it made me think about some things that I try to do intuitively - that approach isn't too reliable. The approach is correct; however, I did notice some errors in the math for problems A6 and A9 - no redouble options.
