DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
A. Product appears to be defective: If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us immediately at email@example.com or call us toll free in USA & Canada at 1-866-260-2058. We will replace the damaged product at no charge to you.
B. Product appears to have been damaged in transit: Each item is inspected for quality assurance before it is shipped. If your purchase is damaged during shipping, please contact us using the above info and we will be happy to initiate a claim through UPS on your behalf. IMPORTANT: DO NOT DISCARD ANY SHIPPING CONTAINERS OR BOXES. An inspection by UPS may be required.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
To return/exchange an item you have received, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us toll free in USA & Canada at 1-866-260-2058 requesting a Return Authorization Number (RA#). There are absolutely no refunds or returns without an RA#.
Your RA# will expire after 14 days of issuance and RA#'s are non-renewable. Please make sure you clearly show your RA# on the label of your return shipment.
If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days (except special order items) of receipt of your order. We will refund you the purchase price (excluding Shipping & Handling) less a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for any shipping charges for returned items.
IMPORTANT: The returned item(s) must be 100% complete, undamaged, and in original factory packaging. If it cannot be resold due to misuse, missing packaging and/or pieces, your refund may not be issued.

We only accept UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return shipment.
