The factors that contribute to making the correct play when you have a choice between hitting in the outfield (putting a second checker on the bar) or covering a board blot will be examined when the attacker has 2 checkers back.

I will look at situations where

  • the attacker has 2 checkers back and the defender has 1 checker back

  • both players have 2 checkers back

In similarity to Part 1, each situation will be examined with varying board strengths.
