DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
A. Product appears to be defective: If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us immediately at email@example.com or call us toll free in USA & Canada at 1-866-260-2058.
We will replace the defective product at no charge to you.
B. Product appears to have been damaged in transit: Each item is inspected for quality assurance before it is shipped. If your purchase is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. IMPORTANT: DO NOT DISCARD ANY SHIPPING CONTAINERS OR BOXES. An inspection by UPS or FedEx may be required.
We will replace the damaged product at no charge to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will refund you the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Any shipping charges related to your order are non-refundable.
To return/exchange an item you have received, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us toll free in USA & Canada at 1-866-260-2058 requesting a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Please make sure you display the RA# prominently on the outside of the brown shipping box to avoid delays to your refund. You are responsible for any shipping charges for returned items.
IMPORTANT: The returned item(s) must be 100% complete, undamaged, and in original factory packaging. If it cannot be resold due to misuse, missing packaging and/or pieces, your refund may not be issued.
